Only use this article if you have installed the latest version of TeamViewer on Mac (not TeamViewer QuickSupport) and your machine is running on macOS 10.14 Mojave or higher.
Step 1.
You are presented with the Review System Access window.
Step 2.
Click the Request Access button to open the Accessibility Access window.
Step 3.
Click the Open System Preferences button to be taken to the Accessibility permission within the Privacy tab, inside Security & Privacy system preferences.
Step 4.
Click the Lock icon on the bottom left corner of the window and enter your details to unlock it, enabling you to make changes to your system preferences.
Step 5.
Select the TeamViewer checkbox option to grant it access.
If you are prompted to quit TeamViewer to apply the changes, click Later.
Step 6.
Go to the Full Disk Access permission within the Privacy tab, inside Security & Privacy system preferences and select the TeamViewer checkbox option to grant it access.
Step 7.
Click Quit Now when prompted.
Step 8.
Click the Lock icon again to prevent further changes.
Step 9.
Exit the Security & Privacy window.
Step 10.
Reopen TeamViewer and your details will be displayed.

Click the Open Screen Recording Preferences button in the Screen Recording section to be taken to the Screen Recording permission within the Privacy tab, inside Security & Privacy system preferences.
Step 3.
Click the Lock icon on the bottom left corner of the window and enter your details to unlock it, enabling you to make changes to your system preferences.
Step 4.
Select the TeamViewer checkbox option to grant it access.
Step 7.
Click Quit Now when prompted.
Step 8.
Click the Lock icon again to prevent further changes.
Step 9.
Exit the Security & Privacy window.
Step 10.
Reopen TeamViewer and your details will be displayed.
