It is an instant and effective way of assisting all our GoProof customers worldwide. There is no software installation needed. Simply download, double click and provide us with your TeamViewer QuickSupport ID and Password.
Step 1.
Click on this link to go to the TeamViewer downloads page.
Step 2.
Scroll down and look for TeamViewer QuickSupport.
Step 3.
Click Download QuickSupport button.
Note: Alternatively, you can skip Steps 1-3 and click on this link instead to download TeamViewer QuickSupport directly.
Step 4.
Go to your machine's Downloads folder and double click TeamViewerQS.dmg to open the file.
Step 5.
Double click the TeamViewer icon to start TeamViewer QuickSupport.
Step 6.
Click Open to allow TeamViewer QuickSupport.
Step 7.
Your TeamViewer QuickSupport details are displayed.
If you have downloaded TeamViewer instead of TeamViewer QuickSupport and your machine is running on macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher, you will need to configure your device for remote access.
