Before proceeding, please ensure that you are familiar with Sending a proof - the basics.

Step 1.
From the Send Proof Wizard, select the Use email template with images and SIGN OFF NOW button checkbox option found in the Allow Sign Off From Email section.

Step 2.
Follow the next steps to send your proof.

Note: The signing off of proof via email option is only available for the Gatekeepers. Their proof email invitation will display two button links: View Proof and Sign Off Now, as well as image captures of the proof.

Note: If you are sending the proof via Upload Proof on the website, the Allow Sign Off From Email section will look slightly different.
