This feature is only available to Publishers using the GoProof Extension.

Before proceeding, make sure you are familiar with the following: Accessing the GoProof Extension and Sending a proof - the basics.

Step 1.
Open/Create the video you want to send for review and add it to the Timeline.

Step 2.
Open the GoProof Extension, select the Client and Project you wish to send the files in, from the dropdown menus.

Note:  If you haven’t already created a Client and a Project, or you need to create a new one, visit Creating a client.

Step 3.
Click Send Proof and follow through the steps in the wizard. A window stating that the video is being encoded will pop up as part of the sending proof process.
