GoProof allows you to split out a review for different sets of collaborators in different departments, review circles or even businesses, and all have ranging levels of influence on the final approval.

This feature is only available when sending proofs via the GoProof extension.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you are familiar with Sending a Proof - The Basics

Step 1.
From the Send Proof Wizard, click the Teams dropdown field.

Step 2.
Select Add new Team.

Step 3.
Enter the Team Name in the field provided.

Step 4.
Click OK.

Step 5.
Follow the next steps to send your proof to your selected Team.
