This feature is only available to Publisher users.
Before proceeding, please make sure you are familiar with the following: Accessing the GoProof extension and Sending a proof - the basics.
Below are the four places where you can enable this feature.
You can enable Simple Proof on a Proof-by-Proof basis by following the steps below.
Step 1.
From the Send Proof Wizard, select the Enable simple proofing mode for collaborators checkbox option found in the Simple proofing section.
Step 2.
Follow the next steps to send your proof.
You can enable Simple Proof on a Proof-by-Proof basis by following the steps below.
Step 1.
From the Upload Proof option, select the Enable simple proofing mode for collaborators checkbox option found in the Simple proofing section.
Step 2.
Follow the next steps to send your proof.
Follow the steps below to turn simple proofing on/off after a proof has been sent to your collaborators for review.
Step 1.
Login to your GoProof account via this link.
Step 2.
Click Proofs to go to the Proof Dashboard.
Step 3.
Find your proof and click on its info icon.
Step 4.
From the information page, select the Enable simple proof mode for collaborators checkbox option.
By enabling Simple Proofing at the client level, new proofs you send from this client will automatically be simple proof enabled by default.
Step 1.
Login to your GoProof account via this link.
Step 2.
Click Clients to go to the Clients Dashboard.
Step 3.
Find your Client, click on the dropdown menu and select Edit Client.
Step 4.
Select Enable simple proofing mode for this client checkbox option.
Note: Once this feature is enabled on your proof, the collaborators will only be able to use the Pin commenting tool which allows them to add a comment. They can also reply to a comment, attach a file to a comment and mention collaborators in their comments or replies.
