This feature is only available to GoProof Admins.
By default, our email notifications come with the GoProof branding and styling. However, you can customise the email templates with your company branding as well as the message your client receives.
By customising your email templates, your client will receive a notification email from a brand they recognise and trust.
Step 1.
Login to your GoProof account on our website.
Step 2.
Click on your Profile name located on the top-right corner of the screen and select Email Settings.
Step 3.
Choose Design Email Templates.
Step 4.
Select the section you want to edit from the Edit Section dropdown.
Note: Check the right hand side of the screen for information and tips in customising your email template when you select a section to edit.
Step 5.
Add your custom content in the text box provided. Feel free to use the formatting toolbar to customise your text.
Note: Make sure to leave the text box provided as blank if you want to retain the default content.
Step 6.
Click Send Test and select Yes when prompted to save and send your test email.
Step 7.
Click Save and Publish if you are happy with your customised email templates and to use them immediately.
Note: To clear the changes you have made to a particular section, select the section in the Edit section dropdown, click on Back to Default button and then select the Clear button for that section.
Alternatively to clear the changes you have made to all of the sections, select the Clear All button.
