You can create a new issue by duplicating the existing issue by following these steps:
1. Login to the GoPublishOnlineAir App.
2. Click My Publications.
3. Select the issue that you want to duplicate.
4. Once selected click on the edit plan button on the right hand side
5. Once in the plan click on the “Save As’ button from the top right-hand menu
6. In the “Save As” window fill in the name of the new issue, select the Date for the issue (optional: tick the “CopyDocuments” tick box if you would like to copy any assigned documents).
7. Next click OK
Please Note if you are copying documents the “Doc Store” will need to be pointing at your GoPublish documents file store. This is the location set up when installing GoPublish.
If you are unsure on the path you can copy it by opening InDesign, Navigating to InDesign > Preferences > GoPublish Settings
