Before proceeding, ensure you are familiar with Accessing the GoProof extension in the Adobe Apps.
Step 1.
Launch InCopy, open the GoProof extension and login to your GoProof account.
Step 2.
Click the Edit button to open and unlock the story in order to reveal the History icon.
Step 3.
Click on the History icon beside your chosen story to open its History panel.
Step 4.
The story's history panel opens.
Note: If a comment has been added by the designer or the copy editor when submitting text changes, the comment will appear just below the "Version created by" information in the History panel.
Step 1.
Launch InDesign and open the InDesign document.
Step 2.
Open the GoProof extension and login to your GoProof account.
Step 3.
Go to the Stories tab to view your story list.
Step 4.
Click on the History icon beside your chosen story to open its History panel.
Step 5.
The story's history panel opens.
Note: Designers have the option to import previous text versions. Doing so will unlock the story and import your selected text version.
Once imported, the changes will be available to be submitted to create a new version or aborted if you change your mind.
