When you visit the Proof Dashboard, you may have noticed there are some update icons.

Please see below for further information on what these icons mean. If you are ever unsure what these icons mean, hover your mouse over them to display a tooltip.

Publisher dashboard

• Empty circle - You have no new or unread comments
• Full circle - You have new or unread comments
• Star - This is a new proof sent for review
• Lock / Padlock - The proof was sent as confidential. The icon is found beside the proof name.
• Bell - A reminder has been set on this proof
• Upload  - Allows you to upload the next proof version. The icon is available to Publisher users, only if the original proof was uploaded on the website.
• T - There are text frames on this proof can be edited.
• i - Allows you to view the proof information
• Share - Allows you to generate a link to share the proof. The icon is only available to Publisher users.
• Bin/ Trash can - Allows you to delete a proof. To delete multiple proofs, click on the Edit link and select the proofs and click on the Delete link. The icon is only available to Publisher users.

Collaborator dashboard

• Empty circle - You have no new or unread comments
• Full circle - You have new or unread comments
• Star - This is a new proof sent for review
• Tick / Check mark - You have finished reviewing the proof. If the completion status setting is enabled for your company, this icon will mean you have accepted and finished reviewing the proof.
• Cross - If the completion status setting is enabled for your company, this icon will mean you have rejected and finished reviewing the proof.
• Lock / Padlock - The proof was sent as confidential. The icon is found beside the proof name.
• Bell - A reminder has been set on this proof
• T - There are text frames on this proof can be edited.
• i - Allows you to view the proof information
