Before proceeding, make sure you are familiar with Reviewing a proof – the basics.

Step 1.
Once you have opened the proof, click on the Print icon in the toolbar.

Step 2.
Your web browser’s print preview will be displayed and your machine’s Print dialogue appears.

Step 3.
Proceed to print a hardcopy of your proof once you are happy with your printer settings.

Note: You can also opt to save your proof as a PDF via the printer dialogue. Please refer to your machine for this option as it is outside of GoProof features.
