Now that you have trialled the Oppolis Cloud system and are happy to proceed with its implementation in your company, you have the option to upgrade the accounts and choose a subscription plan that fits best for your needs.
To upgrade your Oppolis Cloud account:
If you are still within your trial period, click on the Upgrade Now button to be redirected to the subscription page.
If you are upgrading outside your trial period, you will be redirected to the subscription page at log in.
Choose your subscription plan: Starter, Professional or Enterprise and the billing frequency: Annually or Monthly.
Click Purchase with your chosen plan. If you are choosing the Enterprise package, you will be redirected to our Contact us page to get in touch with the Sales Team to discuss your plan.
Tip: The currencies available are EUR, GBP and USD. The selected currency on the subscription page will be based on your location and if not available, the closest currency available for your location.
Update your details in the Customer Information section if needed.
Enter your card details in the Billing Information and in the Billing Address sections. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Once done, click Place My Order to confirm your upgrade.
Wait a couple of minutes and your account will be updated accordingly. Alternatively, please log out and log back in to your account.
Note: You will be receiving two emails from us. Your first email will be your invoice and the second email will be an invitation to manage your Oppolis Cloud subscription at BillingPortal.com. When you accept the invitation and create a password for your billing account, this will make things easier for you to change your package, manage stored credit card information or update your account details.
