Using Oppolis Cloud, you can create a job in just a few simple clicks. You can easily ask your client for assets such as brand packs, text or graphics, send an intake form to your creative kick-starting the project or request completed artwork and print-ready files.
To send a Job using the Project taskbar:
Click on the New button and select Job.
Select which type of Job you wish to send: Request asset, Request creative orRequest deliverables.
Request asset
Choose this option to request files from your clients, such as brand packs, photography, text or graphics.
Enter the name, optional number (we automatically generate one for you) deadline and description for the job you are sending. Click Next.
Select the user(s) who need to complete the job from the options provided. Click Send Job.
Request creative
Choose this option to send content to internal or external creatives and kick-start the proofing process.
Enter the name, optional number (we automatically generate one for you) deadline and description for the job you are sending. Click Next.
If you have any assets uploaded in the Project, you can add them to the job. Click Next.
Select the user(s) who need to complete the job from the options provided. Click Send Job.
Request deliverables
Choose this option to request completed artwork and print-ready files from your internal or external creatives.
Enter the name, number, deadline and description for the job you are sending. Click Next.
Select the user(s) who need to complete the job from the list provided. Click Send Job.
Once the job has been sent, it will appear in the Section with the any of following statuses: Collecting assets (for the asset request job), Awaiting submissions (for the intake form job) or Awaiting deliverables (for the request deliverables job).
Tip: The Job pool shows all the Members in the project and they will have the option to take the job or assign it to someone else after the job has been created. On the other hand, the Specific assignee option shows all the Members and Guests assigned to the Project, and you can send the job to a particular user to take. If the job has been assigned to a Guest, he does not have the option to release the job or assign it to someone else.
