Managing your subscription

You can easily manage your subscription in Oppolis Cloud via our subscription page when you click on the Licenses option from your account.

There are four possible reasons why you may need to make changes to your Oppolis Cloud subscription plan:
  1. To change your current billing plan from monthly to annually and vice versa;
  2. To update the payment method registered against your subscription;
  3. To upgrade your subscription; or
  4. To cancel your subscription.

Changing your existing subscription plan

  • From the licenses page, click on the Update your subscription button.
  • Once you are on the Subscription Billing Plan page, click on the Change Plan button in the Plan Details section.
  • Click on the Preview Changes button to review your changes.
  • Click on the Confirm button and you will be redirected back to the subscription page with the updated information.

Updating the registered payment method

  • From the licenses page, click on the Update your subscription button.
  • Once you are on the Subscription Billing Plan page, click on the Update Payment Method button in the Billing Details section.
  • You will be redirected to the Edit Payment Method page where you can update or replace your existing card details.
  • Make sure to click on the Save button to confirm the changes you have done.

Upgrading your subscription

  • From the licenses page, click on the Upgrade button.
  • You will be redirected to the Contact us page to get in touch with the Sales Team.

Cancelling your subscription

  • From the licenses page, click on the Update your subscription button.
  • Once you are on the Subscription Billing Plan page, click on the Cancel button in the Plan Details section.
  • Provide us with an option reason or feedback as to why you are cancelling.
  • Click on the Cancel My Subscription button to confirm your cancellation.

Important: Once you have confirmed to cancel, the action cannot be undone. Only click on the button if you are 100% sure that there is nothing else our team can do to assist you with your workflow or pricing needs. If in doubt, send an email to our Support Team.
