Editing, duplicating and deleting a Project

To help organise and manage the Projects within your Spaces, you will have the options to edit, duplicate and delete them as part of the process.

Before proceeding, make sure you are familiar with Adding a Project.

The options are located on the top-right corner of the screen using the ellipsis button.

Edit a Project

  • Select the Edit Project option.
  • The Edit Project window will appear.
  • You will have the option to rename your Project using the Name text field or untick the Active checkbox to hide the Project in Oppolis Cloud.

Note: Once the Project has been hidden, it will only appear on the Project Management page where you can set it to Active again.

To learn more about the Project Management page, visit Managing multiple Projects.

Duplicate a Project

  • Select the Duplicate Project option.
  • The Duplicate Project window will appear. You can now create a Project with the same structure as the current Project you are in.
  • Click on the Duplicate button to confirm. The new Project will be created within the same Space as the Project you have duplicated it from.

  • Click on the ellipsis button on the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  • Select the Delete Project option.
