Converting a Task into a Proof or a Job

When tasks are created and marked as done, there may be times they need to be converted into a job or a proof assigned to a user as the next stage towards its completion.

There are two ways to convert a Task:

• By clicking on the selected task's dropdown; or

• By using the ellipsis option when you open the task.

Converting into a Proof

This option follows the usual sending proof process in Oppolis Cloud. Before proceeding, ensure you are familiar with Sending a Proof.

Converting into a Job

This option follows the usual creation a job process in Oppolis Cloud. Before proceeding, ensure you are familiar with Creating a Job.

Note: This option to convert a task is not available for Proofs and for Jobs.
