Checking the Progress of Proofs sent via Custom Workflow
This article is intended to assist Proof senders and Admins in checking the progress of proofs sent via Custom Workflow.

Step 1.

Log in to your GoProof account on a browser and go to the Proofs Dashboard.

Step2.

At a glance, you'll notice that proofs sent via Custom Workflow are displaying dashed vertical lines on the left-hand side of its proof status.

Step 3.

Hover on the proof to reveal the custom workflow name and its progress.

Note: The little circle icons represent the stages within the custom workflow that has been used for that proof.

  • If it is a filled blue circle, the stage has either been skipped or has already been completed.
  • If it is an unfilled blue circle, the stage is currently active unless the proof status is no longer in review.
  • If it is an unfilled grey circle, the stage is still inactive.

Step 4.

Hover on the circle icons to reveal information on its stages.

Step 5.

Click on the info icon (i) to view the overall workflow progress of the proof.
