As a Publisher, an Account Manager or a Collaborator, below are the options to update the Language of your account.
From the login page, select your chosen language from the options provided at the bottom of the screen and then enter your account details.
Note: You can use this option if you have a password set on your account.
Step 1.
From your dashboard, click on your Profile name and select My Account from the dropdown options.
Step 2.
Select your preferred language from the Display Language dropdown options and click Save Changes.

Open a proof from your dashboard and click on the Help button (?) in the toolbar.
Step 2.
Select your preferred language from the Language dropdown options.
As a Publisher, use the below option to update the Language of your collaborators account.
Step 1.
Send your proof via the GoProof Extension or the website 's Upload Proof option.
Step 2.
After adding your collaborator in the Send Proof Wizard, click on its pencil icon and select the preferred language from the Language dropdown option.
Step 3.
Follow the next steps to send your proof.
As a Publisher, an Account Manager or a Gatekeeper, use the below option to update the Language of your collaborators account.
Step 1.
Open a proof from your dashboard and click on the Collaborators tab in the side panel.
Step 2.
Click on the pencil icon of the collaborator you want to update the language with and select the preferred language from the Language dropdown option.
Note: At the moment, the language change is only applied in the Proof dashboard and when viewing the Proof. Other areas in the account will still be in English.
