Archiving and Restoring Clients and Projects

Archiving

Step 1.
Login to your GoProof account on our website.

Step 2.
Click on the Clients menu to go to the Clients dashboard.

Step 3.
Click on the  Archive button.

Step 4.
To Archive a client, check the box for the client that you want to archive and click the Archive Selected Clients button.

Step 5.
To archive a project instead, double-click on the Client name.

Step 6.
Check the box next to the project that you want to archive and click the Archive Selected Projects button.

Step 7.
A confirmation will be displayed, if you want to download the content for your own use, select the Download content option.

Step 8.
Click the Archive Clients/Projects button

Step 9.
Once the archiving process is complete, click OK.

Restoring

Step 1.
Login to your GoProof account on our website.

Step 2.
Click on the Clients menu to go to the Clients dashboard.

Step 3.
Click on the  Archive button.

Step 4.
To restore a client, check the box next to the client that you want to restore and click the Restore button.

Step 5.
To restore a project instead, double-click on the Client name.

Step 6.
Check the box next to the project that you want to restore and click the Restore button.

Step 7.
A confirmation will be displayed.

Step 8.
Click the Restore Clients/Projects button

Step 9.
Once the restore process is complete, you will be sent an email. Click OK.
