Plan items are a great way to help visualise the overall layout and structure of a plan. With experimenting different arrangements to optimise the overall design, you may need to move them around or remove them altogether to make adjustments.
To remove a plan item while you are in Edit mode,
Select the page with a plan item.
Click Backspace or Delete from your keyboard.
A prompt will appear to confirm the deletion of the plan item.

Note: If the page has a document, another prompt will appear if you want to delete it. Click "Cancel" if you only wish to delete the plan item. Otherwise, click "Confirm" to delete the document as well.
