The plan editor allow users to lock plan items to prevent accidental changes, maintain design integrity and enhances collaboration.

To lock, unlock or edit a plan item while you are in Edit mode, you can follow the steps below.

Standard plan item

1. ‍Double-click on the page where the plan item is.
2. The place plan item details window will appear for you to edit the item.
3. If it's a full page plan item, the plan item window will appear. Tick or untick the Locked checkbox option.
4. Click OK to confirm the plan item changes.

Custom size or fixed sized plan item

Simply double-click on the page where the plan item is to open the plan item grid area. From here, you can double-click on the plan item or right-click and select Edit to access the Locked checkbox option.
