Editing a flat plan
The plan editor offers a structured approach to organising and designing plan contents while facilitating collaboration and efficiency. It has been designed to allow users to manage plan items, documents and pages, provided there is no one currently working on it.

To edit a flat plan, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to GoPublish Online.
  2. Select the publication.
  3. Double-click on the issue you wish to view and edit.
  4. Click on the Edit button (top-right corner) to view the flat plan in edit mode.

While you are in edit mode, the plan will be locked to prevent other users from making further changes while you are using it.
