Adding and editing a plan item
The plan editor allow users to add plan items to break down the contents into manageable components. This makes it easier for everyone to visualise the overall layout and structure of the plan.

To add or edit a plan item while you are in Edit mode, you can follow the steps below.

Full page plan item

To add the plan item:

  1. Double-click on the page where you want to add a plan item.
  2. The place plan item window will appear for you to add details.
  3. Click OK to place the plan item.

To edit:

Simply double-click on the plan item to open its details to edit and confirm the changes.

Custom sized or fixed sized plan items

To add the plan item:

  1. Double-click on the page where you want to add a plan item.
  2. The place plan item window will appear.
  3. Click Advanced.
  4. The plan item detail window will appear.
    1. Add a custom sized plan item by drawing in the grid area.
    2. Alternatively, you can drag from the fixed sized options on the right-hand size and drop it in the grid area.
  5. The place plan item details window will appear for you to add details.
  6. Click OK to confirm the plan item details.
  7. Click OK again to place the plan item.

To edit :

Simply double-click on the page where the plan item is to open plan item grid area. From here, you can double-click on the plan item or right-click and select Edit to open its details.
