This support article is intended to guide you through replacing an existing GoPublish document by assigning a different document in its place.
How to Assign Current Document:
1. Open InDesign and login to GoPublish
2. Open the InDesign document you want to replace the existing document with.
3. Locate the Document you want to replace in the GP-Planning pallet Window > GP-Planning.
4. Highlight the Document in the GP-Planning pallet, Right-Click and then select Document > Assign Current Document.
5. A Confirmation message will appear, click Yes to replace the existing document with the currently open one.
That’s It! Once you have replaced the document, check it back into GoPublish.
