Discover how to unlock a document and the best time to use it. This setting is a user preference so if you do not have the option please contact your system administrator.

Please be aware changes can be lost for the user that currently has the document locked

1. Once logged in to GoPublish, open the GP-Planning panel from the Window menu.

2. Select the document/page you want to unlock in your selected Publication and/or Issue.

3. Right-click on it to bring out the Context menu, select Documents and then the Unlock Document option.

4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the unlocking of the page.
