Creating a new issue via GP-Planning in InDesign

This support article is intended to guide you through creating a new issue within an existing publication.

1. Open InDesign and login to GoPublish.

2. Click the GoPublish fly-out menu and then select Create Issue…

3. Ensure that the correct publication is selected, enter an issue name and issue date and number of pages.

Note: Enter the issue date using the following format dd-mmm-yyyy for example 14-Apr-2020.

4. Click Create.

That’s it! You have created your new issue within your publication and you can start assigning documents to it.
