Before proceeding, ensure you are familiar with Accessing the GoProof extension in the Adobe Apps.
From the extension, select the Stories tab, making sure you have selected the Client and Project for your stories.
Click on the + ≡ icon within the Stories tab of your GoProof extension.
Enter a story name, leave the Create a story per page checkbox option unticked and click Create to add all the text frames in your document to your Story.
If you want more control over which text frames to add to your Story, the Story per document (Selected text frames) is the best option for you.
Select a text frame and bring up the right-click menu.
Select the GoProof sub-menu and then the Add to story option
Create a name for your story and click OK.
If you wish to create a Story for each page of your document and add all the text frames from each page to their corresponding page story in one go, the Story per page option is the quickest way to do it.
Click on the + ≡ icon within the Stories tab of your GoProof extension and enter your story name.
Make sure you tick the Create a story per page checkbox option and click Create.
You will see a green T icon on each text frame that has been successfully added to your stories, provided you are viewing your InDesign document in Normal mode.
The text frames are also displayed as a list under your chosen story in the Stories tab. Clicking on the text frames list will highlight the said text frames in your InDesign document.
Note: Only text frames are possible to be added to a story.
