How do I reset/change my password?
From the main log in screen, tap ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions to reset or change your password.

Log in to your Oppolis Cloud account via a desktop browser and add tasks there. This function is only available to Member users.

Tap on the ‘feed’ menu at the bottom of your screen.

Login to your Oppolis Cloud account via a desktop browser and click on your account name on the top-right corner, and select ‘My Account’.

Login to your Oppolis Cloud account via a desktop bowser and click on your account name on the top-right corner, and select ‘My Account’.
Are updates pushed live to the Oppolis Cloud mobile app?
Yes, that is correct. All updates within the Oppolis Cloud App happen in real time.
Can I proof content from the Oppolis Cloud mobile app?
Yes, you can. Open the proof from the ‘My Tasks’ or ‘Proof’ screen, tap on the area you wish to add your comment/feedback to, select the comment type and then type in your comment.
Where can I view the Oppolis Cloud App Terms & Conditions?
Tap on the vertical ellipsis in the top-right corner, select the ‘Account’ option and you’ll find a link to the Terms & Conditions. This link is also found in the Oppolis Cloud App login screen.
Can I sign-off proofs using the Oppolis Cloud App?
Yes, you can. Tap on the vertical ellipsis in the top-right corner of your opened proof and select the ‘Sign Off’ option. Note: this functionality is only available to users assigned as Gatekeepers.
How do I change the status of a task using the Oppolis Cloud App?
Tap on the task in the list, select ‘Status’ and then choose from the options available to update the task status.
How do I change the notification setting for the Oppolis Cloud App?
Login to your Oppolis Cloud account via a desktop browser and click on your account name in the top-right corner. Select the ‘Notification’ settings option and tick or untick (enable or disable) the notification type checkbox in the ‘App Notification’ column.
