To help you scan, find and limit your task list, you can use the filtering, sorting and searching features within the Project. You can apply some or all of these simultaneously to quickly find or analyse your Project.
Filtering tasks
Click on the Filter option in the project taskbar and you should see the following filter options: Status, Section and Task Date.
Select the Status option to filter your tasks based on the current status of your task.
Select the Section option to filter your tasks based on which Section your tasks were added into.
Select the Task Date option to filter your tasks based on the created date of your tasks.
Sorting the tasks
Click on the Sort option in the project taskbar and you should see the following sort options: Order and Ascending/Descending.
Select the Order option to sort your tasks based on their Name, Created Date, Status, Working Date and Due date.
Select the Ascending option to sort your tasks in Ascending or Descending order.
Filtering tasks by users
Click on the user avatar(s) in the project taskbar.
It will filter for the tasks from all the Sections in the Project that are assigned to the user(s) you have selected.
Searching tasks by task name
Click on the Search Tasks field in the project taskbar.
Type in the words or phrases to help you find tasks in the Project. It will search for the tasks from all the Sections in the Project.
