This article is intended to guide GoProof admins in reviewing their company insights for reporting.

The Insights dashboard makes it easy to get to key project information.

To access the Insights page click on Insights in the top menu.

TIME SPENT

The top section is great for seeing how much time you have spent on your creative work so you can find out whether it's been billed for!

It displays all work with time entered against it via the Adobe CC panel by your Publisher User.

You can search either by User (the Publishers in your team) or by Client by clicking one of the list items.

This passes you through to an interactive screen with the number of Projects, Reviews, Comments and Time Spent by your Publisher User or for that Client.

You can modify the date range to produce the results you need.

SPOTLIGHT

The second section allows you to shine a Spotlight on all your recent Client and Project activity.

It's a quick way to analyse the design work you are currently doing, finding out if everything is being tracked and managed properly.

You can view holistic metrics on all Clients or zero in on specific Clients, Projects and Proofs.

You can modify the date range to produce the results you need.
