1. Install the GoProof app on your mobile device using the appropriate link below:

2. Enable Notifications if you wish to.

3. Login using your email and password.

4. You will see a list of your proofs

5. Tap on the Proof you wish to open

6. Click on Comments to view other people comments

If a comment has replies, you will see an button that says Show Replies. Click this to view the replies

If you wish to view the comment associated with a specific annotation, click the annotation and this will open the comment.

7. To add a new comment pinch, zoom and pan to the area where you would like to add the comment. Then click on the location of where you would like to add the comment. Next choose a comment tool.

8. Next type your comment.

Tip: Repeat steps 7 and 8 to add more comments.

9. Once you are finished reviewing the proof if you are a Reviewer click on Complete. If you are a Gatekeeper click on Request Changes to send the proof back to the designer to make the amendments or click Request Changes and then Sign Off if you are happy with the proof and no changes are required. Click Yes in the pop up to confirm your action.

Tip: Click Dashboard to return to your list of proofs
